I ordered 2 siphons cappuccino on amazon and cartridges that were to be delivered with the traps were not in the package as the description on the internet and on my bill indicated that the trap was provided with 10 cartridges. The boxes containing traps also carried a label indicating that the box contained a professional siphon + 10 cartridges but the latter were missing. It was impossible to get a referral missing cartridges amazon is simply unacceptable !!!
