Since the original cover has received for the Cat-helix very bad reviews, I bought this bag.
The processing of the cover is good and the Tablet fits into it (the tablet but also should not be much longer :-). In folded state, the tablet has a stable state, at least in landscape mode. The Matrial feels like waxed cloth. The shell itself is not cushioned mat, but this would also prevent wrinkles. The display is well protected by the sheath.
In black with red stitching the sheath to the looks quite chic. Strong buy recommendation
