No complaints about the product (not yet installed to date). But delivery by GLS has been catastrophic. They came in our absence and left a calling card with a paid phone number (1.35 / call) that systematically yell after 5 minutes. After a day of fruitless attempts to arrange a new delivery, we spent about 50 phone plan. We finally contacted the office of GLS that sent us into BFSAT claiming that it is they and their customers that they must request reimbursement of undue fees to pay us then (Simple right?). BFSAT has consistently said they are not responsible for the telephone charges and canceled the order (this is not what we asked them). GLS makes its butter over his phone service on his job delivery !!! Obvious scam. It took recommend items (though delivered this time by another delivery person) and send a complaint letter to GLS (probably gone directly to the grinder).
