My Burner: ASUS BW-16D1HT.
A burning BD-R Video with 6x speed has produced 100% scrap. Immediately after the firing, the data check has indeed "OK" I said, whereupon I immediately fired several discs. Later I realized that all discs caused gross errors and stuttering when playing (on several different standalone players).
This was not due to software or device: The same video projects have delivered on Verbatim BD-RE with the same burner clean results.
Then I have my (self filmed) video projects again burned to the "Verbatim BD-R SL LTH", but this time with 2x speed. These slowly burned discs now work perfectly. However, I am curious to see if they will do so even after several weeks, months and years ahead. My fear is that these discs may degrade.
Schade Verbatim: In CD and DVD blanks on their quality was reliable. That's when the "BD-R SL LTH" now definitely no longer the case.
I can recommend these blanks anyone.
Two stars, there is only because you can burn them with 2x - that lasts but at a full disc 50 minutes!
The advertised 6x hold the blanks not a.
