Apart from the LED chip LUMILEDS - LXR7-SW57 is probably nothing of Phillips at this lamp.
The technical details are adventurous. The luminous flux is the data sheet for this LED chip 905 lumens (roughly equivalent to a 55 watt halogen bulb) rather than 6600 lumens. And 60 Watt in LED? That would correspond to a light output of about 400 watts of halogen bulb
One may assume that a lamp reflector which is designed for a tightly focused filament in this lamp in any case no longer provides the illumination, such as with an H7 halogen bulb.
It is unclear why a H7 replacement lamp will have two chips or lamps.
