Good part alerdings there are 3 different springs for different weight classes. Included is the mean, the simplicity, the distinction according to weight class, all of them also about 10, - (excluding freight) on Amazon to buy:
SR Suntour NCX SP12 spring element spring rate "soft" (under 65kg)
SR Suntour NCX SP12 spring element spring rate "means" (70-95kg)
SR Suntour NCX SP12 spring element spring rate "hard" (100-120kg max.)
