Ordered and unlock first new SIM card with O2 can be (cost) = no LTE

With O2 phone (time) = no clarification

Contraindications Mobile contacted (time) = "Check with Apple that need Support, yet nice, friendly" We are-out-standard text "

Apple contacted recommendation = buy AppleCare Protection Plan (costs), then device replacement

Bought Protection Plan, device exchanged = no LTE !!

Apple again contacted (1 hr. With team leader and a colleague = time) = now found that this device with T-Mobile LTE-capable, all other customers have unfortunately had bad luck! : O ((((((((

Contraindications Mobile contacted (time) - Mr Walter spoke, were kind, almost had a solution (Did device back, but larger device, more expensive, whatever buy) ... but please again before Amazon contact because the allegedly responsible for the product texts!

Amazon called (time) = clear statement "The lyrics make the dealer, we have nothing to do with" - Amazon writes counterproductive to mobile

Fast response contrasted mobile Mr Feßlmeier: "What exactly is the problem with the goods Unfortunately, I can understand this from your statement out not quite?."

FACT: I have invested time, money and nerves and control exposure now with nearly 400 EUR-plus ipad accessories and Protection Plan, which I so can not take advantage of what was promised me also different and contrasting mobile is fine out. None isses been, all the others have debt and service and help customers and satisfied NO TRACE !!
