The charger is OK - it is not hot, it keeps secured (protected) batteries cool, but the batteries are the included, seem to me like umgelabelte scrap batteries. This can be seen not in the outer, but the remaining capacity after a full charge. The batteries go as fast in the knee that you just have to doubt their quality. I have charged the batteries in a NiteCore Intellicharge i4 charger, then tested in an inexpensive flashlight UltraFire WF-502B. After about 35 minutes of continuous light the lamp goes .. with the cheap batteries in the knee so the light is dark, pale and soon the light goes out .. In "normal" battery lights a the same LED flashlight about 70-80 minutes at full power through the night .. So decide for themselves.
