In terms of history, I am a little mixed in the first part of the novel, we are introduced to Cinderella as maid of her family, while her stepsister is pampered. It is not abused, but is confined to lignore chores and the rest of the time. Then comes the moment of balls and you begin to tell us what is selfish, petty and spoiled child. Uh other characters were there, in the first part?
As against the whole part about the engagement and what emerges is rather well done, but it's still predictable, even very predictable. The characters are well developed, although their reactions sometimes lack coherence or logic. The end is original and interesting things portends for the next volume.
