cheap and safe alternative for toggle clamps with a small disadvantage

The quick release can be opened with a normal Allen and close. Nevertheless there is a certain security against opportunist thieves who normally do not have a tool here and are seduced by the normal quick release. I was so in advance a front wheel swiped. That should hopefully now not happen.
But there is a downside to this set. The small safety quick release for the saddle is extremely short. I still have an attachment for the bicycle lock with drangehängt (takes about 3 or 4 mm more) and it is already too short and no longer holds. So just a brief cm longer and the set would get 5 stars. Unfortunately I can not use so little.
