4 Stars's due to the low price.
Goods itself is good mediocrity, nothing more.
For currently 9 incl. Free shipping the price is very good.
Have used as a substitute in a ceiling lamp 6 months ago two of these lamps.
Two weeks ago, the first replacement lamp is broken. Yesterday, the Other.
90 cents for about 6 months operation is acceptable to me.
