To Setup:
Windows 7 has known Dreampark, in such cases comes this Noos notebook just right.
For this, a Samsung SSD was purchased on the same Windows 7 is installed (no crapware, Acer has apparently even advertising preinstalled on Windows systems).
Installation of the SSD was no problem. The lid opens slightly difficult, carefully open the top with a screwdriver, then the SSD simply push back. There are corresponding videos on Youtube.
Go to the Downloads: officially there for this notebook from Acer only Windows 8 drivers. These work for Windows 7 as far quite well, for the special keys (FN) must, however, the driver (Launch Manager) from the previous notebook (which still came with Windows 7) install.
Currently installed Have a RAM module, the RAM built has the following specs: SO DIMM 204-pin, DDR3L (Low Voltage) SDRAM, LC11, 1600MHz.
For quality:
The notebook is - solid processed - for the price.
With the SSD Windows starts very quickly. After starting the fan is running short, then it switches off completely, along with the SSD, the notebook is then Muxmäuschenstill (if one does not CPU-intensive tasks). :)
The screen does have a super resolution (FullHD), but the viewing angle is very bad. Even if you just purely looking at the display, the color changes in the corners. For the price you can not expect a true IPS panel still there for the bad point of view one star less.
Brightness is sufficient.
The sound comes across quite well, although the speaker holes on the bottom are.
Overall, you get a super notebook for the price. If you will upgrade it with an SSD, it is still to soon.
Whoever does not put much emphasis on good viewing angles, which I would highly recommend this notebook.
