I have three sizes of 28cm, 24cm and 20cm. (Previously Tefal Jamie Oliver Italian Series, a 28cm at the price of these three together! And she has kept longer why not!)
We cook on gas hob, therefore I like pans with relatively thin soils.
This one is so hot very quickly, easily visible to the thermal spot in the middle.
Of course it keeps the heat then not overly long. But on gas that is is more beneficial and to the pan to keep food on the table's all. Just a splash guard lid on leave.
The handle fits comfortably in the hand and is also after a long time on the flame no more than lukewarm. Not even the rear end with hanging, looking out from the isolation.
The front of the bare metal of the handle you may not come naturally. Since it is already hot, clear anyway, determined on other cooking surfaces.
The outer skin is well enamelled and easy to clean. But you should as soon as possible about geschwappte liquids soak / Remove. If it's burned already 2-3 times, one finds it difficult.
Coating the inside is equally up to the brim nonstick. Since it also does not interfere in that the two handle rivets are visible inside. The upper edge is bare aluminum. Again, soon otherwise clean remains's brown.
When one obliterates the pan while still warm with kitchen paper already is usually sufficient. Smells you bekomt then easily away with the soft side of Sponge and a drop of washing up liquid.
I keep my pans very lightly greased, should be better for the coating. Stacking please only with what is between (paper, paper towels), otherwise the coating suffers! My hanging on the handle hole.
Of course, one should rumrühren in no-stick pan with some sharp things. The same goes for forks, spoons, or even quickly what auseinanderschneiden ...!
Although as always "extra hard" or "scratch-resistant" or anything it says a stupid advertising promises.
The dishwasher needs so not really seen a pan. Although they will withstand very well. Light water spots from drying remain already visible, but can be very easily cleaned.
The form is well done, the relatively steep edge allows beautiful Schwenkbraten and stirring.
Overall, very well made, no sharp edges or improper connections.

A small limited Minus has unfortunately however, but only refers to gas cooktops with the classic 4-bar pad!
The handle is a bit too heavy fall, so the pan can be tilted towards the handle of the balance when directly under the handle is not a point of support.
Just be aware that they will neatly on the rack stop. This applies to all three sizes 20,24,28!
If the pan full of lies flat, as in all other hob types, it is stable and can not tip.
Our Great is so unfortunately fallen already and now has a dent on the edge, but this has neither harmed nor the enamel coating on the inside outward. Keeps halt from what!

Conclusion: Very good pan, price / performance is very good, easy to handle and to clean, heats up quickly, holding out what. But on gas cooktops Always park carefully.
