after my old tank unit of Gardena made problems, I thought I'd take a Domestic Waterworks with boiler - so one was, after all, when buying the house built, I had to replace it just because durchgerostetem boiler.
On the 2nd day after ordering the new pump has been delivered very quickly (thanks to Amazon).
Pump equal unpacked.
First impression: Very easy. Does not particularly sophisticated look.
With boiler considerably lighter than my Gardenapumpe without boiler.
Gardena has 1 "male thread. TIP here has 1" internal thread, so all my connections no longer fit.
Through the boiler the suction connection is height - a hose extension I therefore required also.
Bought from the Bauhaus and all things.
Read manual before installation.
Scxhritt step mounted the pump filled, turned on.
It took some time before the first time came water. I waited until all the air had gone out of the lines. Then turned off buyers and wait until the pump comes on cut-out (acc. Manual 3 bar).
The pump has been running eternal - off they did not because they did not come to 3 bar.
Well, perhaps was still air in it. Customers (faucet) turned again - until the water came along with a reasonable pressure, after only scanty and without reasonable pressure.
In the manual, nothing could be found about it, except that you probably repeatedly open a mini screw needs to pump to refill. This, too, I have done several times. It has improved anything, deteriorated.
All I have done several times, at the end came out of water.
Critics might say now, perhaps my well did not have enough water.
But is not so.
My previous Gardena pump has a problem that they are getting off with an error because the diaphragm in the pressure switch the pressure switch does not trip properly. Apparently there is something too hard, unfortunately this can not properly adjust and before I buy a new thermostat housing for 80 + shipping, I thought, rather just to take another pump. GARDENA I wanted to because of plastic fittings which wear out quickly, really gone.
Nevertheless, the Gardena pump has promoted reasonable.
A paddling pool I have filled with 730L water in half an hour. Thus, the well has no problem itself.
I was there only bothered that I still had to run to the pump and press the reset button so that it promotes.
The TIP pump has only briefly conveyed with reasonable pressure, after which only came a narrow, non-pressurized water jet, with this, it can not operate properly, a lawn sprinkler.
Conclusion: Not every pump is suitable for any kind of fountain.
