Well, the two stars ONLY, do not match the quality, or the efficient functioning of the product. By cons, evaluate before purchase, use the product. The IR sensor does its job, we easily adjusts the trigger brightness and the illumination duration. The power of the controlled light bulb is not important, so, no spotlights 150 w .... that sweet! It is specified on the small doc included. The important thing is that an IR detector must be '' cleared '' to feel and therefore react at a temperature variable. I placed these two 'IR sockets'' in outdoor lanterns, and under cover ..... and very ordinary glass, white and not hammered ... impedes the reception of heat and .... therefore the triggering of the illumination. I placed, for info, gas torch under lenternes, a good ten seconds before the IR does not feel the temperature rise and activates the trigger. Overall this was probably a very good product, it works well, BUT it is the IR detection ... and so it must be clear .... not under a shade, not in a lenterne under glass etc. , so think about it, to avoid any unpleasant surprises.
