The chest strap is fully assembled. The GoPro can be attached to the original holder a little stiff on the supplied adapter. However, one of those holders of delivery is that should fit better. The belt is stable on the body, but it can not fully catch an up and down motion with a moving upper body, or compensate. The weight of the camera due to the forward tilt of the somewhat weak both front seat belts. Overall, for the price but fully in order.
