I decided in the manufacture of its own pralines for silicone molds to try something new and because they are significantly cheaper than hard plastic forms. The silicone mold can be easily filled (with me almost no air bubbles have formed) and the finished chocolates can also be wonderfully detach. When transporting work counter to the fridge but you should bear the form on both hands and do not cling to the ends. Since the silicone mold is flexible, may easily spill over something.
