This book opens with large Christmas cakes, the famous Berawecka, mostly German cakes (and Alsace), Polish, Italian pasta with lots of brioche, good greedy cakes. Note also the mannele of Saint-Nicolas. There are about 16 recipes and more "Bredele" small traditional cakes, sweets and mulled wine recipe that is correct. Suitable évidemmentpour year-end festivities and especially the gourmet Advent according to the Germanic tradition. A classic revisited but not very original. What revise the bases. We would have preferred to go straight cupcakes but it is true that the other recipes are rarely included in the same Christmas book but are also classics. Still very attractive and adjust according to its ingredients and habits for the more experienced.
