CI + module is not running smoothly

I bought the CI + module incl. HD + card for my Samsung UE40C7700. Even the installation of the module was problematic: Lt. Instructions should the HD + card in the module be to facilitate initial installation in order to authenticate the module / card. Unfortunately, that did not work, there was always the message that the authentication is failed. I then found out on the net that you better without inserted HD + card performs the authentication, then we went (Man Man MAN ...). Now if I anschalte my TV every time the message that the card must be re-authenticated. Although only takes 3-5 seconds but is still kind of annoying. The problem is probably normal, my new research revealed that one can not turn it off. Furthermore, I have the problem that when an encrypted program is running, such as Pro7 HD repeated after 10-15 minutes again the message, the sender is encrypted and then aborts the program. Reciprocating heart Appen helps here, but convincingly that's of course not. The hotline for the module offered here can only be reached via an outrageous number 0900: which should probably keep customers with annoying problems. The barrel on HD + in general and whether one should pay also for private television, in limiting absorption possibilities I do not want to open up here, that everyone must know himself. I wanted to watch the World Cup games at VA RTL in HD. Overall, I'm disappointed by the module. Now I have again written to the service e-mail, if not timely feedback comes, I will return the module to Amazon.
