Citizen and Amazon .... a difficult team

As a longtime and satisfied users of two Citizen Promaster - a model with rubber strap, a model with stainless steel bracelet - I was looking for a similar inexpensive and sporty automatic watch "for every day" and was another find at Citizen. The relatively new automatic NJ0010-55E met after the first impression the demands that I put a clock for everyday life:
+ Automatic movement with good accuracy and manual winding way
+ Robust housing (with the polished stainless steel surfaces surely will soon matter)
+ Sporty design (matter of taste), but also suits elegant clothes
+ Stainless steel bracelet (rubber or leather must be replaced after a few months everyday and look very used from)
+ Mineral glass
+ "Normal" size
The Citizen is in all respects my wishes - it is, however, quite a bit larger than the Promaster but still is in my area (have relatively normal to slender wrists). The clock itself can really convince at first glance - time will tell whether it years reliable, sturdy done as my other two Citizen watches their service.

Amazon has me however in this clock a little disappointed - but the very reasonable price (half the RRP for returns) make me feel like the clock to be gracious. The clock was described at Amazon warehouse "used - very good" as, having been noted in the comments section only to a lack of operating instructions (which, however, but came with) and otherwise no other "traces". However, I have clearly received the copy of the previous speaker, because when you open the packaging, I noticed that the product actually plastic box has a wide crack in the bottom. The clock itself has on tape or on the clasp very slight signs of wear, the set, however the daily wearing of itself.

The delivery itself was carried out, unfortunately, not without problems - so did after my order only once for two days nothing ("your product will soon be sent") to be rude to our request for an "upgrade" to get on premium-delivery, then only two (!) days later and was carried out by two questions.

Conclusion: The clock is attractive - especially to the offered special rate of return runner - but Amazon should also fill in here the product Additional remarks correctly and return with respect to the delivery performance back to old top performances.
