So far so good but why I buy this mouse?
I hope yes all the time that Logitech will at some point be able to exchange these keys for a better one.
Otherwise, I am delighted by the fact mouse.
But Logitech seems to have taken a very different path have to solve the problems!
It used to relatively easy to make a warranty claim directly from Logitech I have this morning determined almost an hour wasted the old Logitech page for warranty relating to find in vain!
I was sent again in a circle and thereby got all sorts of great products offered presumably a measure to guarantee the costs down.
In research I found the info that Logitech meantime apparently refers within the first 2-year period to the dealer and processed no more warranty claims.
Thankfully, my supplier Amazon, which is to respond well in warranty cases.
So off to Amazon and tried to report my warranty.
Nope !!
There is probably a nice link which explains how warranty claims are to be reported, but again the same in green!
I spun over a quarter of an hour in a circle, repeatedly selected as described in my account the product, but could find no side guarantee a button (as described).
After several attempts, I ended up on a support page where I was able to request a callback from Amazon.
From here, it went as desired!
Within a few seconds I was recalled, was able to make my claims and received the promise of a replacement.
Nevertheless, overall a bad overall impression.
Only the Logitech messed side and then the negative experience at Amazon.
Apparently as much botch is now sold, the attempt by producers and distributors of such measures to minimize warranty claims.
