Cheap products and poor customer service

This chair is not a quality product and I also did not expect much for, but was nevertheless disappointed. The chair has survived about half a year, then the holder of the backrest is canceled. I'm not obese, nor have I made gymnastics in the chair. I used it quite normal to sit.

I thought, well, can happen even once and contacted the customer service. After I had described the defect and some photos posted, I received the following reply:

Unfortunately we can not offer free replacement due to its.

We therefore ask for your understanding that we can get closer to your claim for this reason alone not.

TL, DR:

The quality of the chair is undercut only by the quality of customer service. Never again!
