The kettle has done good service for half a year, then the lid held no longer and therefore he no longer turns off. We have more than once a replacement or refund the purchase price but requested after 2 weeks yet received a reply from the seller, the seller can not be reached by phone. Amazon also does not feel responsible. Caution very poor customer service!
