BUT:
The temperature can not be separately regulated for refrigerator and freezer compartments, which is not unusual or bad. However, the temperature control / regulation, illogical and incomprehensible, or the vegetable compartment is just too cold, because it is not properly insulated. Now that I've tried a lot and set, I realized that one either has to "warm" freezer or cold vegetables.
In detail: Many reviewers report that even 18 degrees can be obtained in step (3). That may be, but one must consider that this temperature is not maintained between the cooling cycles and rises again (to about -14 degrees). Will you not exceed the necessary -18 degrees, you would have to at least level 5, 6 or 7 govern better (depending on content). My device is very well filled, is in a well-ventilated place, is very rarely open and the ambient temperature is within the optimum range: Perfect conditions.
I control the temperature now at level 5-7, to keep the freezer cold enough, the refrigerator compartment above, especially the vegetable compartment, too cold (about 0-3 ° C). The vegetable drawer has it. Approximately the same temperature as the specialist about it on the bottom glass plate Normally, the vegetable compartment is sealed off so that the cold does not bagged down here. But obviously skin something is out (which I can not understand exactly), because it is like saying too cold in this subject. Here (in the vegetable compartment) it should be considerably warmer with about 6-8 degrees. I Regle now back again, so that the vegetables are not too cold, the freezer compartment is too warm again and already reached the -18 degrees no longer, even during / after a cooling cycle. An acceptable compromise I could not find. Certain variations have to accept, of course! And if in the vegetable compartment 6 or 5 degrees are, for me that is also OK, but the way it is now, I will not have been fully satisfied with the device.
Too bad if it were not, I would have given 5 stars, but this is a fundamental error!
EDIT: As soon as I discovered this behavior, I had to contact the Customer Service to find out if there possibly is a solution possible. One answer I did not get at first, later sometime yet. Apparently my request was not even really read and you wanted to send me directly to the shipper a direct replacement to the house. The unit is not broken, it works rather "too good" for that matter crisper and I am sure that the behavior will occur even after using a new device.
I can and will live with it and do not want to rebuild everything again. Especially me in a direct exchange would thaw frozen everything because I have no way of interim storage. Apart from the fact that this is a completely uneconomic procedure for the producer.
That's why I corrected by the bad experience with the customer service my rating from 3 to 2 stars.
