Low quality, poor customer service, camera completely unusable

Perpetual email traffic with customer service after a wrong camera was sent to us.
Had the return of the camera also still paying themselves. (Although the lady said she will base the next program in the amount of packaging but did not do it)

Were responded to our mails always very late because someone was always "sick". (Really, I could no longer hear this excuse.)

The camera takes still not correct photos. The batteries are to have shot for 3 days without a single photo empty.

How professional the equipment was designed and produced already shows the fiddly camera menu where some are still entries in Slovenian (or other languages), and the menu was supposed to be in German.

Since the camera is absolutely useless for us now we will send it back and hope for a warranty replacement, hir will then let them know how this problem was dealt with
