Poor quality, incompetent Customer Service

Upon receipt of the lamp immediately we noticed that the Leuchtarm wrong in the "Wall box" was drilled - which can not be repaired.
The light color was us for the bathroom too harsh and cold - made more of an operating halls feeling.
The friendly note in the letter "Your product has a long journey behind them" - that is made in China - was indeed formulated funny, but to communicate with the Chinese customer service for return possibilities is very tedious.
I hope we manage yet to return the light and get the money back.
I will no longer buy from the seller.
