Already after a short carrying both the jacket rubber laces were disposed. Obviously, the tapes were improperly sewn to the jacket.

This can certainly happen once.

Is really annoying that the dealer (Textilwaren24 - Schittenhelm GmbH) has refused to repair or auszustauschen the article, reasons: Worn goods can not be exchanged! Further inquiries to ensure were not answered.

Then asked Amazon Az guarantee applications were rejected on the grounds that the dealer is responsible for ensuring.

Customer friendliness looks different!
