Lousy customer service with complaints 1

I have the machine ordered in March 2012. The delivery came quickly. I have to praise both men, who have the machine connected me quickly and competently.
Washing performance is fine, the system silent and the variable washing programs absolutely ok.

Unfortunately, I had already after 4 months to claim the assistance service because apparently had "suspended" the electronics and no program could be selected.
