after sending a first switch not working, I have issued a complaint to the customer service was very attentive and very good reactivity and sent me a second ... so in terms customer service no complaints really, very good level of satisfaction. Only downside: the switch still does not work without food and should be powered by the HDMI cables ..and this is not the case at this stage ... and using cables could not be more standard, I do not know not always what happens ....
