For functionality I write anything, because already have all expressed them. But my experience with the customer service and the longevity of the machine I want to make it readable for others definitely.
The joy of the new washing machine was tarnished after less than 4 months. Friday night off the machine power switch on as normal, laden Saturday morning again, power switch and nothing happens. Socket and fuses checked - everything is fine. Drama, the washing machine is broken and after less than 4 months (2 person household).
Now the BEKO SERVICE comes into play!
For 14ct minute call Monday morning to customer service and delivered detailed error message. The nice gentleman said that I am being called within 48 hours by the local competent after-sales service of the company. HACOTECH (Dusseldorf area). The call took place even within the next 3 hours. The nice lady had an appointment the following Monday, ie waiting time 1 week. . Unfortunately not for me - The Fa HACOTECH advertises on its website with a reaction time of 1-3 working days! So another call in the BEKO complaints department, who wanted to send an email to their customer service for the purpose of earlier date, which was probably told only to immobilization.
After 1 week, then came a "so-called" service technician therefore that a) did not even know that they were a washing machine, b) had a shoe box large plastic box under his arm with a chaos of screwdrivers and at least one meter. He asked me about the problem that it was supposed to be known, made the cover lid of the machine from, began at 3 points to measure, again plan. When I asked him what was broken - board from the display, I need to order, takes about 1 week. After that, I should then get a call for a new appointment.
Hurra, the joy of every woman - 3 weeks wash any underwear!
The technician was out the door, I. The phone in his hand, and called again at Beko in the complaints department, who then wanted to tell me that they have nothing more to do with it and it is for the local customer service After a short discussion I received the phone number of the BEKO Appeal Division. This call I could have also spared.
Thanks to the great team of AMAZON - was in my basement quicker a new washing machine one now German manufacturer - as the BEKO has been able to repair a not even 4 months old washing machine.
I can only advise against any of them to face a Beko device in the household - "because who buys cheap, buys twice ever". The machine has an MSRP of 599.00 euros and in my opinion is not cheap.
In retrospect, I have read several negative experiences with the BEKO customer service on the net. Well, one should inform before purchase via the customer service and not only about the product in the meantime.
CONCLUSION: The instrument can certainly not help it - but the customer service, the atrocious club!
