Lousy customer service with complaints

I have decided for reasons of space for this model. In advance I inquired of customer service whether this machine for lettuce and salads (especially carrots) is suitable, which was confirmed to me. After 1 month, occasional operation then was off the carrot salad. Within 1 minute, it has broken down the entire hub of the wheel, which (as I have not paid) is made of plastic and not metal. The engine power is great but the hubs of the wheels are the weak point. I called the customer service and the lady said it can not be. So I had to send mobile pictures of every part of the machine, which I have done. After repeated requests then a technician has reported who came to the conclusion it was a user error, because the machine may not run for more than 3 minutes. I explained to him that this was not the case and he just said, "the thing is anyway not for something hard designed like carrots because they'd need something clever," Aha, well then. I called again in customer service and there was just told me "the report of the technician suggests a user error, thereby ensuring is excluded". I can order the disc but for 35 Euro plus shipping to replace, such as please ???
Conclusion, never a Philips !!
