Based on the positive reviews I ordered the top loader for my in-laws. Delivery via Amazon was as usual handled quickly and reliably. The forwarding immediately confirmed the delivery date and delivered on time and to the place of installation of the machine in the apartment. Removal of transport safety and the connection of the washing machine is done quickly and easily. The recommended first washing operation without washing then came the disillusionment. The top loaders lost water under the machine. This is certainly annoying, but the unit has his guarantee. Here is an addendum to my written review: Thursday, May 23, 2013 Once the washing machine lost when pumping water, I called on 26 April 2013 at the customer service to a repair appointment to agree. The order was accepted by telephone (call duration with wait time loop just under 8 minutes = 3.01 EUR call charges on my cell phone bill). An appointment, I got a terrible, but the Note, the technician would make the appointments directly with the customer and call back. Today, 23 May 2013 and is now after 4 weeks still no call is made. My conclusion: never again a device from this manufacturer. A device is only as good as the customer service is and this is very bad!
