The inner coating is incidentally perfectly with us. She has so far no visible scratches or flaking!
As a single point of criticism we would evaluate the warming of the lid handle, depending on the content can be cooked quite warm before. Here we have promised us a little more. A glove we have never needed but so far, therefore no rating trigger.
