'Because it is stable, protects the back of the iPad fits the iPad perfectly harmonizes class with the Smart Cover and in the matt black it looks elegant.
The only drawback is that the web is very thin because of the cutout for the speaker and was broken to me very soon. Wiser it would have been to save the connecting web. But maybe I'm just a little gross motor ;-)
