Pros & Cons:
+ Relatively quiet key noise. The stop sounds soft and is no clatter of itself. Only the backspace key "clicks" when pressed, since the guide sheet metal comes from the keyboard inside. You could probably solve but with a thin piece of rubber under the impact points, should it really bother you. The same with the Numblock-Enter.
+ The Hub is medium, so it feels great in my opinion on. The breaking point is quite clear. If you tend to press the buttons with excessive force or swing the finger to brake pleasant at the end of the road, so not as hard as in many very short-stroke keyboards. To write, but also to play the typing keys and feeling is good.
+ I play many shooters - Each key combination that I use for this is implemented without misrecognition: Among other things, Shift + A + W + G, what some other keyboards unrecognized (The G-key is usually not recognized)
+ After 4 months use I can not detect any signs of fatigue, such as difficulty more common keys.
+/- Initially I had when pressing the left Shift key while sprinting partially the problem is that the key signal has been interrupted. After prolonged use I press a little harder probably automatically that the pressure is always recognized permanently. When in doubt, that is probably a matter of habit
+/- Buttons that are on the edge of the keyboard can not be pressed with protruding fingers, because the buttons sticking out just 2,5-3mm over the frame. Me personally does not bother, most time I'm using the arrow keys. The remaining buttons I never had problems
- Media keys virtually useless. Why missing "Next, Previous song, Stop"? ... With Microsoft software, you can reassign the keys, although among themselves, but rather to demonstrate the volume up + down buttons "Previous song" and "Next song" is not possible. .. playful potential.
- The F-keys (+ Media keys, but I never use) are poor. Both of the size, shape, but also the key when pressing feeling feels like nothing half and nothing whole. Since keys would have been better in the style of the normal keys.
Conclusion: keyboards in this key design of Microsoft are super. Especially at the price! I'd buy myself a nearly identical keyboard with normal F keys and meaningful media controls immediately. Especially in a direct comparison to Logitech competitors in the same price range (and slightly above) by typing feel a whole lot better.
