I was really long in search of a "spare battery" for smartphone, tablet and GoPro. Especially the GoPro requires a lot of energy, but I thought this battery Perfect. For example, for Timeplaps recordings over several hours. That should not be a substitute for charging at the power socket, the solar panel that I was clear beforehand. But when filming with the GoPro, and the Power Bank eh beside it - why should this not simultaneously charging ?! I also did not want a "small battery" with 4000 or 5000 mAh, but already a reliable companion with whom I go sometimes longer.
The delivery took place as usual very fast and without any problems and the packaging was so that the unit during transport could not be so easily damaged.
When the Power Bank arrived, I had this course once charge. Logically, that lasts in a battery of 15,000 mAh little longer than a smart phone. Unfortunately, I have not exactly looked at the clock, how long the store now taken, but there were already a couple of hours.
After the battery was then charged, I've tried this same time in my equipment. iPhone and iPad load (felt) the same rate as at the outlet and the power bank actually holds the iPhone what it promises - 6-7 times you can charge your smartphone but already. I have previously frankly a little doubt, but was disabused. The GoPro is loaded and it works as it should - perfect for longer shots without the need to constantly change the battery. Besides inviting the solar panel the battery at the same time on. However, as I said, the solar panel is not a substitute for charging over the wall outlet.
I found the solar panel just as useful extra and it also shows that there is one. Several hours of sunshine definitely show their effect. Taking the example of battery when you go hiking, you can fix this beautifully situated on own backpack (carabiner is included) and this invites so while hiking on. As already come a few hours together. If the battery is full, the unit provides the load automatically.
A small gripe I have found, however, is why "only" 4 stars. The battery discharges when not using quite something fixed. I have the battery fully charged and not used about 7 days, as 25% were discharged. I can not say to what extent this may be normal now - in other words, that this is also the case with all other Power Banks. Perhaps other reasons were also in front (cold, heat, battery was previously charged to 100%, etc.), so I'm going to continue to monitor. Because this discharge occurred to me by chance and was not a direct test, so I can not rule out other effects or errors on my part. I have an eye on it, but is should prove otherwise, I'm going to the effect, of course, revise the review again :)
Anyway, I was convinced the Power Bank and I have ordered a second identical as a Christmas present :)
