I wanted a lens with high light intensity and good imaging performance. Since I had a good experience with a macro lens from Tamron and due to the positive user opinions I ordered the part.
Positives:
- On my Pentax K-5, the AF is very accurate
- Focus very well, going at full aperture already happening
- In daylight no color distortion
- Hardly distortions
- The intensity is impressive, especially when shooting at night

The color distortion in artificial light I need to consider in more detail.

Definitely a recommendation and future proof as full frame suitable.
