It is great that the fat can be used by the Cool Zone concept incredibly long because the chip fat stays clean. Still warm I let the fat after frying run through a fine sieve and let them keep it in a pot. Before the next application I melt the fat then only on the stove before I pour it into the fryer. Actually, I add the fat only occasionally, complete change is seldom necessary.
All parts can be cleaned in the dishwasher just fine.
Simple, good, inexpensive. In my opinion, a good buy.
