The product itself is fine. Whether as described everything filters out I can not judge. But what is the case, the water is soft, you taste significantly. A star deduction there but because the filter cartridges are simply too expensive. Another because the LCD display just after time measures whether a filter needs to be changed and not to really filtered amount of water.
