I bought this book in order to learn a little more about the structure of plants. A book will never replace field observations, but "Engineering plant" made my bases technical training has not even addressed. In fact, this book is not really (... none) focused on the structure of plants, as I myself was first figuratively, but their evolution in general.
The general presentation of the book is academic, but the content is very correct. Pictures and illustrations that cover the pages following this finding; they are clear and explanatory. I do not know how many of these new terms will remain in my memory, but the concepts are simple to acquire.
