For my part, I draw satisfaction because I work in an office too dark for my taste.
I read the instructions and you should not use more than 2 hours, holding at 60 cm distance. Even less time if one is closer.
However, the lamp does not go out after the 2:00 because it is not equipped with timer. The LEDs on the base yet measure well as the spark duration light one after the other after 15 minutes. Basically should be monitored for lights to see when it's on.
I find that the use is not very clever when compared its features and price.
