I bought this polarizing filter in order to make with my digital camera so in Tenerife beautiful high-contrast images of the coastline can. Upon receipt I have 'played around a bit' with the filter. On Wikipedia you can read the details on operation of a circular polar isere ends filter, so here nothing. But the anti-reflective effect is already enormous, especially in reflections non-conductive materials (eg reflective wooden table, painted objects in general). The loss of light is already clear, however, does not really noticeable in daylight, at least not with my camera. The sharpness of the image does not suffer even at large focal lengths (in my KB = 200), the filter is level both visually and mechanically quality. What you also can expect at this price. A penalty from a personal perspective: the Polfilterring is made relatively high. That is certainly good for the stability and Handhabarkeit, but unfortunately it means that my purchased Lenscap solution for my P7800 with screwed Polarizer no longer closes completely. But that can not draw any devaluation to be, therefore 5 points.
