I was looking for a book for drawing to lug around with me instead of my anatomy book 500 pages. This is perfect: the drawings are clear with explanations of the movement, joints, muscles, to understand how to draw a body (there is everything from foot to head via the hand, in all positions with bones, tendons and muscles).
