The negatives:
The remote control is not the same as its predecessor: the directional pad is spongy and the TV appears (perhaps thereby) to react somewhat delayed. Improvement creates a universal remote control.
The audio output may possibly produce a disturbing crackling. Mir is noticed only when GIGA TV, where the video signal occasionally shows weakness and possibly present a higher compression.
(According to another report also users at high volumes and with bass effect, as loud as I never point)
The device can not be switched off, it remains always in standby (only 0.5 Watt).
Another aspect of the video quality: The panel can cover the whole PAL color space, when it comes to color reproduction, it is therefore a tube ebenbürdig.
Like its predecessor, there are a variety of image settings, a closer look is worthwhile.
I wonder what's true for all LCD:
Unfortunately, the factory settings are far from optimal, the panel brightness is unnecessary to maximum. Can you still with test patterns (eg Star Wars Episode 1-3 - click> Voice Dialing> THX symbol) rantasten in brightness and contrast, it gets tricky when setting the optimum color mixing. Basically, this can only be achieved with a color calibration system as "ColorFacts" and who has it? That leaves only setting by feel.
In general, the way you can leave work automatic 4/3 or 16/9 changeover and not to intervene when zapping. (At least with my old Nokia DVB-S receiver)
Unfortunately, automatic input selection when activating a device to one or another SCART connector not the device performs as opposed to my old Sony-tube.
About an HD source I do not have (yet), but I convinced myself of the impeccable HD quality in a shop.
Underscore I can issue a strong buy recommendation
