Clear recommendation! Only small weaknesses.

For assembly wrench required (not included), best two of each size needed as nut and bolt must be recorded simultaneously. With English / Adjustable wrench (found in 1 for 2.99-EUR-shop) + pliers went the even reasonably, but I would not want to repeat it.

ASSEMBLY

The package will have to be wearing for two (it is very long and therefore bulky), for which the messenger was kindly prepared. The structure is also alone is in the middle part then but already a bit of a challenge. You have to hold onto the cradle of the backrest and an armrest simultaneously - so put screws, nuts and tools better near ready.
Before careful that the connectors between the large vertical parts do not slip too far, otherwise you get not adopted the topmost screw.

The service line is not quite complete, in a step that needed washer and nut are not mentioned, in another the necessary screw has not been specified (as I recall). Do not despair, with me all the needed parts were included. Regarding partly preassembled armrests The guide was to detail even.

HOW TO USE

I'm very satisfied! The rod is for me at just the right height (I'm 1,78m tall), the vertical handles attached big enough and at the right distance from the back to make abdominal exercises. The horizontal handles also serve their purpose. Rear-an adjustable cushion, which is well suited as a counterweight for Sit Ups is (much better than a pillow under the heating and yes, the tower is hard enough). The push-up supports are a very welcome addition!
