Nungut, so I took my Canon PowerShot G10 and put them in the well-padded Lowepro bag. Here you should make sure that abuts the display side of the camera to the incorporated silver-gray microfiber surface to protect the LCD screen from scratches. So far so good, but what to do with the shoulder of the G10? The wanted absolutely not in the bag - so I simply removed it.
In the intermediate compartment of the bag multiple memory cards can be stored, which are also optimally secured with a small Velcro. At the closure of the bag a little stretch mesh was sewn inside, the example still can accommodate an extra battery (in my case, the Canon Battery NB-7L). However, the bag already bulges out a bit then.
The material used and the processing of the bag is very good. And should it rain harder times, then you can pocket cover the built-in "hood", which is referred to by Lowpro as "All Weather Cover". After passing storms can this "protective cover" again easily stowed at the bottom of the bag.
The case also has its own shoulder strap which can be fastened by means of snap-hook to the bag sides. Who does not like, the bag can also attach using a 2-fold Velcro on the belt. The underbody has been additionally equipped with soft plastic, so that thereby the bag is protected.
Conclusion: This small bag is suitable for any weather (Sau). My embedded camera is fully protected against harmful environmental influences. This small bag has fully convinced me afterwards and therefore I keep them also. Although I own a chic leather case (SC-DC60A), only provides this no optimum protection against dust and rain. For outdoor use, the Lowepro Apex 60 AW is just right that there is incidentally also in blue.
