Nevertheless, there's a couple of flavors points that do not "agree" here: The coffee is - I restrict a time: at my fully automatic (De Longhi) - in each setting too bitter and too edgy. No round and soft, but full of flavor reach. We drink quite strong espresso, so know the difference between strong / full and rough / bitter. If the grind or the amount of coffee is reduced, a rather thin, but still scratchy tasting broth remains that never loses its bitter. In sum, I would compare it to taste Jacobs coronation, which you just better not only unpacks and fills, but equally disposed of! ;-)
Shame about the "organic" and the GEPA-trade, but I have my coffee primarily because it tastes good to taste /. For the other, I already then put a few euros on the table, but without the taste goes nothing ...
