Pour water filter pure, powder fill in the desired quantity and switch - voila, coffee experience for several people :)
Ok, but some more information can do the trick, right?
Processing / Optics:
The processing is fine, the plastic could be something valent effect (typical kitchen utensil plastic), but processed stable and solid with no visual defects. The (probably still very hip) glossy look requires a lot of cleaning, if you want to see any fingerprints because the are magically drawn and placed by the black color even in accordance scene.
Since the stainless steel inlays on the filter clearly less vulnerable, the matt brushed look is clearly valent than the black plastic.
The machine has on both sides of a window for the level, so that is always visible even when the line-up in a corner, whether and how much water is in the machine.
Class usual, the strength of the coffee to be dosed at the Melitta, there are 7 steps which I would not say now that I taste a difference blindly from one stage to the other - for me a coffee must be primarily one thing: STRONG!
Practice:
How to take a coffee machine in operation should even now be well known what me is always very important for models with thermos is the question of whether a drip-free spout of the coffee is possible or not - here patzen the whole Billigheimer and Chinakracher- Machines from the supermarket for 30 euros ALWAYS .... Behold, a frustration-free pouring of black gold is no problem, nothing spills or drips as it should be (but not always).
The thermos holds long warm and even after 3 hours is to far from the proverbial "cold coffee" away - so good for the hobby room or the wrench workshop.
Taste:
The coffee flavor depends on so many factors (water hardness, powder, amount ...), so this is not possible an evaluation of the machine in this category. It can be said, however, that the coffee just tastes like from my Philips machine, that is (thankfully) no intrinsic flavor of the machine can be determined (again, the quality of China makes itself felt happy times, but who buys cheap ... Oh never mind that). Before we went to the right cooking coffee, I have 2 tanks of fuel (only water without powder) can be run through the machine for cleaning.
Conclusion: Quality costs and with the Melitta one can nix go wrong.
