Combitest with Green Coffee

I tested the NatureWise Garcinia cambogia extract and Green Coffee Extract 800 together for 30 days, so my review refers to both products equally.
I wanted to check if I'm energetic and fitter by whether the Wikung is appetitzügelnd and if my immune system is strengthened.
Following the guidance of NatureWise I have taken in the first week Garcinia thrice daily with a drink (juice, water), the distances were at meals rather than 2 hours 30 minutes before meals.
At the same time I have ever lunch and dinner swallowed a capsule Green Coffee Extract. From Garcinia then gabs from week 2 per 3 capsules 3 times a day.
Since I had Klebzettelchen everywhere, I did not forget to take.

Positives:
-the capsules are vegan
-hübsches label and bottle design
-Easy revenue

Negatives:
-High Price
-I would rather have both products in pure powder form
-The following the instructions has hampered my everyday life; future I would take up the products more irregular
-wünschenswert would be an organic certification

Conclusion:
I was quite fit in the time and did not get sick, was motivated to workout. This I have built up muscles and reduced fat. Whether that is causally attributable to the two dietary supplements, I can not judge, of course. I had no side effects. My complexion has not changed.

UPDATE:
I was allowed to test the product again, this time in combination with NatureWise Himbeerkenton. My conclusion remains the same!
