Come Mr. B.!

By chance I came across this game, by a newspaper criticism. And as I appreciate this atmosphere of the early 20th century, dirty tiles transitions and asylum atmosphere in games, I decided to buy it.
The installation went smoothly. The first damper came when the game could not be started. Some research showed that it urgently requires Pixel Shader 3.0. But my old graphics card was not her. Although there is a patch that allows bringing the game in spite of everything up and running, charging times of several minutes and a very bad graphics are hardly worth.
Since I anyway before had to buy a new video card - was supposed to be playable the game. I thought, for the highly acclaimed graphic I still had not despite new card. Only after some searching, I've found on the German Bioshock-HP that with a trick "(renaming the bioshock.exe) the game runs properly. Uffff.

But what then was waiting for me, which was difficult erstwhile (and the new graphics card) really worth. A story that captivates, level design, which exceeds my above claims, graphics at its best, a great gameplay and a huge arsenal of weapons and abilities.

For me, this game is the surprise hit of 2007 - I been playing it all over again. Bring on the ADAM ....
